Opal'z is located in Mountain View close to the southern edge of Palo Alto near 101 & Rengstorrf and San Antonio Road. You are welcome to bring food and drink to any of our parties. It is encouraged for the soap parties while the soaps cool enough to take out of the molds. You are also welcome to plan a seated party game. Please no running games or noisemakers.
There is a $50 non-refundable deposit to reserve your party date. The balance is due the day of your party. We check in for an exact guest count a few days before the party date.
For parties that are 9 guests or less there is an additional $5 per person fee. For 5 guests or fewer it is an additional $10 per guest.
What happens if my guest count changes?
We ask that you confirm your reservation and the seating arrangements needed 2 or 3 days before your party. We charge for the number of participants confirmed at that time. If not all the guests attend the party, we would charge the confirmed amount. And since it is disruptive to the other guests and we may not have enough help on hand to assist extras and add additional seating during the party, we will charge double for each guest that is over the confirmed number. We understand it can be difficult to get guests to commit, but our parties work best when set up for the exact guest count.
